Will travel for food

Ok so I love the windy city! Ive traveled there about 7 times and each time I discover something new to see, eat and experience. This time I was invited to go in order to see my "special" male friend's favorite musical group, Bone , Thugs and Harmony( who were excellent by the way). But of course that was not my main reason for saying yes to this free trip. The #1 reason I love to travel to chicago is for the food. Each time I visit Uno's Pizzaria, which has seemly gone down in flavor over the years but the service is still excellent.
Another place I wanted vist was Grahamwich because their Grill cheese with sweet jam, potato salad , home made chips and everything else on the menu is to die for... but  i diegress, cause' they were closed , so we kept on walking and got an amazing hot dog from up the street.

Oh! I almost forgot to say, Steve Harvey had a small segment on his show that consisted of "The Battle of the Chicken and Waffles" which featured a Chicagoland chain restaurant called Hash House A Go Go... of course this restuarant was on the to do list. When we walked in this trendy, earth and metal decorated spot you experienced a sensory overload. Natural light flowing in for every pore, Rhythem and Blues and Pop oozing from the speakers and sage, seeping from the kitchen. Naturally we both ordered the chick and waffles and it was amazing... go see for your self.
